Most files are either pdf or djvu types.
Obviously there is a lot of readers for pdf-files.
Readers for djvu files can be obtained from http://djvu.org/resources/
Binary files could be just anything, so there is no way to tell on how to use them, unfortunately.
Compressed archives is mostly RAR or ZIP, use whatever program you feel for.
Some of the manuals are not assembled, just plain bmp's, jpg's, gif's or similar.
