I took the manual originally posted here by Charles Longfellow (Clongf), and cleaned it up a bit. Thanks to Charles for his original upload!
The enhanced version of the manual can be found under the title 'Radio Shack / Micronta 22-216 Auto Ranging Analog Meter' (once it's approved).
