Description:

This file contains Sampling Heads and Related Equipment as of 1969.  I've upgraded my earlier S-1 thru S-3 scans with color diagrams and some new change information.  It also contains later heads S-4 thru S-51 and 285 Power Supply.  This manual was provided by Tek with all the manuals together as you see it.
