Philips PM5139 has Error 6_Service Manual/circuits is needed...

Hi,
My PM5139 function generator, SW V 1.2, has yet only "Error 6" on display.
Its not to change/erase with some taste as OpManual says...
The unit is unusable because you can not override these display phase, can not switch it real on.
Has somebody a Service Manual/schema pls? (I have only user man.)
